No. Neither name appears in official material or the community wikis, and the four-piece stat table, set bonus text and material recipe that used to sit on this page were template demo data. The page now indexes the armor sets that do exist.

How many armor slots does Coen have?

Four armor slots — a chestpiece, bracers or vambraces, greaves or trousers, and boots or treads — plus accessory slots for rings, amulets and pendants.

How do you get the Arbiter armor set?

Through the quest A Bulwark Against Darkness. Once you reach Infamy 4, Anca receives a letter at the Crossroads Inn that points to the materials, and the hermit smith Uriashi forges the pieces. A related legendary accessory, the Medallion of the Arbiter, is a separate find in the hidden waterfall cave.

What survives a lethal hit — armor or a skill?

A skill. The near-death save is Rebound Death, the Vampirism tree ultimate, which turns a fatal blow into temporary immortality with lifesteal on your attacks, once per fight. No armor piece is documented as providing that effect.

Is There An Emberforged Or Bloodforged Armor Set?

Do Armor Sets Have Set Bonuses?

Set bonuses exist (trophy #9 requires the full Arbiter set with its potential unlocked; trophy #10 requires all slots at legendary quality), but the exact bonus values are not documented by official or wiki sources.

What that means practically: the two trophies are the strongest evidence that set bonuses and a further “potential” layer on the Arbiter pieces are real systems, and neither is finished by simply looting a boss. What Should You Chase, In What Order?

The chest slot first — it is where the documented named drops cluster (Ambrus’s Cuirass, Isbrand’s Plate, Bakir’s Armour, the Coat of Darkened Scales), so it is the one piece you can settle on early and simply keep upgrading.
The Arbiter set, because it is the only documented full set with a defined quest chain and it gates two trophies; start it as soon as A Bulwark Against Darkness opens at Infamy 4.
Boss pieces as you clear the Boyars: Ambrus’s Cuirass from /bosses/ambrus/, Bakir’s Armour from /bosses/bakir/, the Coat of Darkened Scales on /bosses/xanthe/‘s chain — each is a free milestone reward rather than a farm.
